  The Broadband Sales Consultant is directly accountable for the successful growth, development, and customer satisfaction within their assigned market and customer base. Broadband Sales Consultants are expected to identify new customer prospects, use professional sales skills to establish new customer accounts, and sustain a high degree of customer service and satisfaction for existing customers. 
 
  Customer (Internet/Technical) Support Specialist  4/21/2008  Hattiesburg, MS  Full Time  8am-5pm 
  Provide customers and end users with product and technical support by responding to customer inquiries on the telephone, through on-line networks, and by mail regarding Internet services, to help customers understand how to use products and services properly. Provide web design/development.  
 
  Network Engineer I  4/21/2008  Hattiesburg  Full Time  8:00am - 5:00pm 
  Provide network engineering support with product and technical services. This individual will work closely with other Internet, Network, and Service Technicians installing and troubleshooting all aspects of Internet products and services including, but not limited to; Routers, Hubs, Switches, T-1 Circuits, DS3 Circuits, Voice and Data Interface Equipment. 
 
  Customer Premise Technician  5/30/2008  Gulf Coast  Full Time  8 a.m. - 5 p.m. 
  This position is responsible for installing, testing, and repairing customer premise wiring/cable. Employees in this position work both outdoors and indoors and regularly interact with customers.
